Guest Cottage

As part of a larger new-construction compound on Cape Cod, Sea View Builders built this custom guest house in Osterville to add flexible living space for family and visitors. The cottage is intentionally modest in scale, but it plays an important role within the overall property, creating additional room and privacy while staying architecturally connected to the main compound. With coastal materials, New England detailing, custom construction, and careful site placement, the guest house complements the larger estate without competing with the main buildings.
