  • Miah & Ryan renovated a guest cottage for us last winter. It is just beautiful - top tier on every level. We remained in Florida throughout the build and never once felt like we had to fly up. They started when they said they would and they completed the job early. We are new to Osterville , so Miah went the extra mile on every aspect of the job. He managed the new driveway installation, the epic job of working with the local utility companies to bury electrical lines from street, and the Herculean landscaping project that no landscaper would take on! He managed all these projects and the house was ready for Memorial Day weekend. Miah even stepped up when we let the interior designer go and chose countertops for us. We have another guest cottage build and a big renovation on the main house that we will only feel comfortable having Miah and Ryan build both.
